You can also access the TLC website for online help regarding your child’s illness.

If your child’s illness is life threatening or the injury is major, call 911. Please ask the Emergency Room to contact your child’s doctor to discuss this illness or injury.

appointment policies

It is our goal to stay on time when seeing patients so we ask that you call and make an appointment for your child to be seen. If you have more than one child who needs to be seen, please tell the scheduler. This will assure that enough time is being reserved for your children. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late, we will make every attempt to see your child but it might be necessary to ask you to reschedule.

We do our best to stay on time but occasionally emergencies cause delays. These can be in-office or in-hospital emergencies such as a c-section or admission. If the delay will be lengthy, our staff will need to reschedule your appointment. We make every attempt to reschedule your appointment for the same day with another provider if possible. If not, it will be scheduled with your provider for their next available time.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call to let us know. This will allow us to open that appointment for another child. Frequent missed appointments, even over a long period of time, could result in your child being asked to leave our practice.

Several of our providers work at both offices so our scheduler will give you not only the date and time of your appointment but the location as well. Due to multiple office locations, please make note where your appointment is scheduled.

vaccine appointments

The providers of Complete Children’s Health follow the American Academy of Pediatrics and CDC recommended vaccine schedule. We firmly believe that vaccinating children and young adults may be the single most important health-promoting intervention we perform as health care providers and you can perform as parents/caregivers.
