Job Description

Complete Children’s Health is seeking a proficient customer focused Medical Biller to assist with business office functions to support our 4 Lincoln Locations. Complete Children’s Health is dedicated to leading pediatric healthcare in Lincoln and surrounding areas by enhancing the growth, development and well-being of children and adolescents. If you have the ability to, or are proficient in performing the following tasks, this may be the job for you:

• Gathering charge information; collecting and posting payments; making payment arrangements
• Claims submission; interpreting EOB’s
• Monitoring and completing the billing process cycle
• Appealing claim denials
• Distributing billing information as appropriate
• Providing back-up support for non-clinical staff as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Preference will be given to candidates with one or more years of experience, and those with knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding.
