Greetings Complete Children’s Health families–
By now, all families have received a welcome email announcing our new Patient Portal powered by Intelichart. Many of you have already registered and are enjoying the new portal. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! We think you will love the new look and feature rich patient portal.
For those who have not registered yet, we strongly suggest registering as soon as you are able. The new portal allows you to easily request a medication refill, schedule an appointment, send a message to your provider or nurse, and print immunization records to name a few.
To make sure your registration is successful; we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a browser on a computer or tablet.
To help you with this process, we have included some helpful tips and a video to assist you with your registration and use of the new Patient Portal:
- When you receive your child’s PIN, please make sure you type in the parent/guardian information first. You will then be prompted to enter your child’s information.
- If you need to add an additional child, you will need a separate PIN. This PIN would have been emailed to you. If you did not receive it, please contact our office at 402-465-5600.
- Once registered, when sending a message to our office, please choose the child’s name in the “on behalf of” field.
