Appointments

It is our goal to stay on time when seeing patients so we ask that you call and make an appointment for your child to be seen. If you have more than one child who needs to be seen, please tell the scheduler. This will assure that enough time is being reserved for your children.

Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late, we will make every attempt to see your child but it might be necessary to ask you to reschedule.

We do our best to stay on time but occasionally emergencies cause delays. These can be in-office or in-hospital emergencies such as a c-section or admission. If the delay will be lengthy, our staff will need to reschedule your appointment. We make every attempt to reschedule your appointment for the same day with another provider if possible. If not, it will be scheduled with your provider for their next available time.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call to let us know. This will allow us to open that appointment for another child.

Several of our providers work at both offices so our scheduler will give you not only the date and time of your appointment but the location as well.

Due to multiple office locations, please make note where your appointment is scheduled.

Prescription Refill

We request that you notify our office at least 24 hours before you need the refill. This gives our nurses enough time to check with the physician before calling in the refill. Prescriptions will not be refilled after the office is closed or on weekends.

When calling for a prescription refill please leave the following information:

1. Your name, your child's name and a phone number where you can be reached. (Speak distinctly and spell your last name. If your child's last name is different from your's, please spell it as well.)

2. Name of the drug that needs refilled. If you are unsure how to pronounce it, please spell it.

3. The name and location of the pharmacy where it should be called in.
