Patient Portal
Welcome to Complete Children's Health Secure Patient Portal Webview.
What is Webview?
Webview is an on-line program accessed from our website www.completechildrenshealth.com. Webview's purpose is to provide secure access to medical information in the patients chart.
What does Webview do for me?
You will be given access to view upcoming appointments, immunization history, current medications, allergies, and medical, social and family histories. Webview will allow us to share medical information electronically in a secure and confidential manner.
How do I sign up for Webview?
To start using Webview you will need to complete the form below for each family member. Each family member must have a unique user name and password. Complete Children’s Health will assign the unique user name and a temporary password. Once you have registered, you will receive access information via mail within 7 business days from date received.
What happens at the first log in?
The first time you log in you will use the supplied user name and temporary password. After you log into the portal with the temporary password it will ask you to change your password. You will need to choose a unique password for that user name (passwords must have 6-16 characters, including one letter, one number and one special character. Passwords are case sensitive.)
