Complete Children's Health, P.C. follows the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics which recommends physicals once a year for all children. We know that visiting your physician for your sports physical offers you the best service available. Your complete medical history along with a thorough examination is a winning combination.

Complete Children's Health, P.C. can complete the necessary paperwork for the school examination form.  Physicals need to be completed after May 1 to qualify for the upcoming school year.
