Kindergarten Physical Day

Every year Complete Children's Health offers a special clinic called Kindergarten Physical Day. 

It is a special day for each child filled with fun activities and treats.

If your child will be starting kindergarten this fall, please schedule an appointment for your Kindergarten Physical.

To schedule your appointment,  please call 465-5600 and press option 1, or talk with our front desk staff at your next visit.
