7th Grade and Sports Physical Appointments

Complete Children's Health is now offering 7th grade and sports physical appointments for this summer. Each location will have a special day with extended hours.

Call today to schedule your 7th grade or sports physical with your physician, either on  the  sports physical day or on our summer schedule. Appointments need to be scheduled for May 1 or after to be recognized as current by your school.
